Yoga and Meditation for primary aged children.
Our primary aged yoga and meditation sessions are a perfect way to encourage self compassion and kindness, self- worth and positive self-dialogue. Children will learn strategies to help them feel calm and focused, relaxed and empowered.
Children will explore: Magical Movement; Fun Breathing Games; Mindful Activities; Partner Poses; Relaxation; Positive Sleep Routines and other techniques that they can use in everyday situations in and outside of school and club settings.


Teen Yoga and Meditation

Our Teen Yoga & Relaxation sessions are here to empower your teen by teaching them highly effective techniques to reduce tension in the body and calm the central nervous system. Incorporating a range of practices; including mindfulness, movement, breath-work, guided meditations and positive affirmations, the sessions will provide a nurturing, supportive space to relax the body and quieten the mind.
