Kate is the Founder and Director of Flourish Tutoring, Alternative Provision & Wellbeing, a pioneering education provider supporting over 400 students across Wirral, Cheshire, and the North West. With a deep passion for redefining education, Kate has built a company that goes beyond traditional tutoring, offering innovative alternative provisions and wellbeing programmes designed to meet the unique needs of every young person.

Driven by her own experiences and a commitment to empower students who haven’t thrived in mainstream education, Kate ensures that all learning styles and neurodiversities are valued.

 

Under her leadership, Flourish has grown a dedicated team, created meaningful roles, and inspired educators to take control of their own wellbeing while helping students re-engage with learning, build confidence, and flourish personally and academically.

As a mum of two children, Kate brings a personal understanding of the importance of tailored learning and wellbeing, ensuring that every student at Flourish feels supported, safe, and empowered to reach their potential. Her philosophy is simple: often, it is the environment, not the student, that needs to change, and through Flourish, she is creating spaces where young people can truly thrive.
