Here are Flourish, we recognise that all young people are different and, at times, may need personalised, individual support. Our teachers are highly qualified and experienced in working with small groups, large groups and 1:1 intervention. Teachers will assess using a bespoke diagnostic suited to the curriculum and create a personalised progress plan to ensure maximum progress is achieved.
